But at the same time, this energy transition is profoundly transforming jobs in all sectors. So we need to address the lack of concrete training for emerging professions. |

The way we measure it
We measure the number of learners enrolled in France Travail for over 6 months or RSA recipients who have signed a permanent contract after completing L'Étincelle training.
