Entourage gives excluded and isolated people the support network they need, to bounce back and allow them to regain their place in society. Entourage also engages civil society to create close and lasting relationships with precarious people.
The challenge they want to solve
Exclusion takes many different forms and affects many more people than one might think. For instance, 7 million French people have less than 3 conversations per year. When looking for a job, excluded people encounter greater obstacles than others in accessing employment because of several factors: lack of network, a weaker command of digital tools, sometimes a chaotic career path or the fact that they don’t master the codes of the job search.

Entourage aims to give excluded and isolated people the support network they need to enable them to take their place in society.
The way we measure it
We measure the number of people in precarious situations supported and the number of Entourage’s social network for reemployment’s candidates who found a job.
