The challenge they want to solve

Isolation affects a large number of people, and particularly certain groups such as people with disabilities or young professionals. At the same time, to counter the price and shortage of accommodation, coliving solutions are gradually gaining in popularity. Fratries aims to tackle both isolation and accommodation issues.

The impact they have

By providing coliving solutions in modern, conveniently located homes, mixing young professionals and people with disabilities, Fratries addresses the issues of isolation faced by these two populations and participates in the integration of people with mental disabilities.

The way we measure it

We measure the number of homes opened in France.
