Our ecosystem

PALM is the initiative launched by Ring Capital and Serena in 2024 to support the female founders and C-level executives in our portfolios, helping them develop their leadership skills to meet the challenge of gender equality in their companies.

It follows on from the Women Leaders Programme launched by Ring Capital in 2023, and is intended to create a wider community, make it a mainstream issue and show that it takes the energy of as many people as possible to make significant change.

Since 2020, Ring has been an early member of the TechYourPlace programme, created by Diversidays in order to promote Diversity and Inclusion in the tech sector. 

We are committed to promoting this movement with other funds, but also with the start-ups we follow by systematically inserting an « inclusion and diversity - equal opportunities » clause in our investment pacts.

#UnitedforImpact is an informal initiative launched by Ring Capital in December 2023. The initiative gathers 56 impact investors from 16 EU countries. It aims to highlight the specificity and methodology of impact investing, with the ultimate goal of massively redirecting capital towards companies that put at the heart of their business models the resolution of environmental and/or social challenges. 

2 mains objectives: 

• Being an informal community of European impact investors, sharing investment opportunities and best practices on impact methodologies; 
• Uniting our efforts in advocacy and public affairs to promote impact investing in EU regulations.
